Please Note

I WILL NOT PERFORM PERMANENT MAKEUP ON ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. NO EXCEPTIONS. 


A thorough consultation will take place at the time of your appointment. I will draw on your shape first with pencil and your pigment will be custom mixed. The procedure will not begin without your approval on color and shape. If we cannot reach a reasonable agreement about your eyebrow shape and color, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. This is a permanent application and it is in your best interest. 


If you have difficult skin or are using improper skincare, there will be charges for additional touch-ups.


Prices are subject to change. Clients that have had permanent makeup done by another technician will be charged full price for the procedure with me.


Any client that does not show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit. If you reschedule, you will be required to pay in full for your future appointment at time of scheduling. No exceptions.


CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN MY SUITE VIA THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. THE ROOM IS SMALL AND IS LIMITED TO ONE EXTRA GUEST, BUT THEY MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE. CHILDREN MAY NOT BE UNATTENDED IN THE HALLWAY OR COMMON AREAS OF THE FACILITY. PLEASE MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR CHILDREN FOR THE 2-3 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.



Cancellation Policy

Deposits made at time of booking are non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of the procedure, but will be forfeited if you cancel your appointment. No exceptions. An additional deposit will then be required to make a new appointment. If two appointments are missed or canceled payment in full will be due prior to date of scheduled appointment. 

BOOKING FEE IS $50 AND IS REQUIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT EITHER BY CASH, PAYPAL, OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

Rescheduling/Late Policy

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to reschedule your appointment. It is important to understand that these changes not only affect me, but my other clients as well. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24 hours advance notice is mandatory. If you do not reschedule your appointment at time of cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. Any future appointments will require another $50 deposit.

IMPORTANT

Healed results vary from client to client. There is no guarantee and additional sessions (at a minimum charge dependent upon amount of work to be done) may be necessary to obtain best results. I will always give my best effort to provide you with quality service and application, however it is important to understand that many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client's skin heals differently.
