I WILL NOT PERFORM PERMANENT MAKEUP ON ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. NO EXCEPTIONS.
A thorough consultation will take place at the time of your appointment. I will draw on your shape first with pencil, you will receive pre-numbing treatment for comfort, and your pigment will be custom mixed. The procedure will not begin without your approval on color and shape. If we cannot reach a reasonable agreement about your shape and color, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. This is a permanent application and it is in your best interest.
If you have a skin type that struggles with retaining pigment, or are using improper skincare, there will be charges for additional touch-ups.
Prices are subject to change. Clients that have had permanent makeup done by another technician will be charged full price for the procedure with me. It is challenging to work over the foundation that someone else has placed, and additional work is often required.
CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN MY SUITE VIA THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. THE ROOM IS SMALL AND THERE IS NO ROOM FOR A GUEST. GUESTS MAY COME WITH, BUT THEY MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND THEY WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIT UP FROM IN THE WAITING AREAS.
CHILDREN MAY NOT BE UNATTENDED IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE FACILITY. PLEASE MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR YOUR CHILDREN FOR THE 2-3 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
BOOKING DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The non-refundable booking fee is $100 due within 24 HOURS of scheduling your appointment. Appointments are first come, first served so the quicker you can pay your deposit, the quicker you ensure the date and time you desire. Payment is accepted via Credit/Debit, Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo.
Any client that does not show up for their appointment day of will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay in full at time of booking for any services booked in the future.
If you reschedule LESS THAN 3 DAYS or 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT you will forfeit your $100 deposit and you will be required to pay an additional $100 deposit for your future appointment at time of scheduling. No exceptions.
I understand that life happens and that things may come up unexpectedly, however it is very difficult for me to fill last minute appointments. If you foresee an issue, please reschedule your appointment 3 days or more in advance of your scheduled slot.
If your appointment is rescheduled 3 or more days out, you will retain your deposit and it will be applied to your next scheduled appointment. New appointment date MUST BE determined at the time of rescheduling. If you need to reschedule again for the next appointment, regardless of time frame, you will be required to pay for the appointment in full at time of reschedule.

Healed results vary from client to client. There is no guarantee and additional sessions (at a minimum charge dependent upon amount of work to be done) may be necessary to obtain best results. I will always give my best effort to provide you with quality service and application, however it is important to understand that many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client's skin heals differently.
